ATTENTION EVERYONE! THIS HOTEL DOESN'T REALLY EXIST! IT'S A SCAM! On January 10, 2025, I arrived in Erzurum with my family at night. The address given was a multi-story residential building. There is no hotel there. I called Ramada hotel support, they said that there has never been such a hotel in Erzurum. The only Ramada in Erzurum is located in Palandoken, in the ski resort of the same name. The hotel has many virtual reviews, photos, and what is actually there you can see by going to the panoramas on Google maps. Be careful and do not fall for this scam.

Otelin müdürü Sevgi hanım başta olmak üzere tüm görevlilerin samimi tutumu, otelin temizliği odaların konforu harikaydı.
